  • 25 ml sherry or red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 scoop (3.4 g) Oats, Apple & Edible Fiber
  • 1 tbsp. (6 g) Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
  • ½ tbsp. honey
  • 1 small clove of garlic, melted or finely grated
  • As much pepper as you want

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a jar and cover with a lid. Shake well to combine, then season to taste. Use it in various salads.
