Ingredients:

  • 50 g biscuits (with oats)
  • 20 g butter, melted (unsalted, low-fat)
  • 275 g cream cheese (with low fat)
  • 2 sachets (26 g) F1* Vanilla Cream
  • 1 scoop (6.8 g) Oats, Apple and Edible Fiber
  • 65 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 5 colors of pastry, we recommend gel pastry colour. Red, orange, yellow, green, purple

Method:

You will also need: 4 jam jars with a capacity of 150 ml

Crush the cookies in a plastic bag with a rolling pin or in a food processor.

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter in a bowl until smooth, then divide the mixture equally between the four jars and press down with a teaspoon to flatten. Place in the fridge.

Put the cream cheese in a bowl and add the Formula 1 Nutritional Protein Drink with Vanilla Cream flavor and the Oats, Apple & Edible Fiber. Mix well with a hand mixer. Add the semi-skimmed milk, honey and vanilla extract.

Weigh the mixture and divide it equally into 5 bowls. You should have 385g. mixture, so put about 77 g. in each bowl. A spatula will help you get all the mixture out of the bowl!

Place a few drops of the pastry color of your choice in each bowl so that you have five different colors of cream cheese mixture. The texture of the mixtures should be like lightly whipped cream. If it's too thick, you won't be able to spread them, while if it's too runny, the layers will mix together.

Place the five different colors of mixture in the bowls in the order you put them in the jars. Start with the first color, which will be at the base, and continue in the order you chose until the last color, which will be at the top.

Take the jars out of the fridge and place them on your counter.

I use a small plastic grocery bag to put the mixes in the jars. With a pair of scissors, make a 1cm cut from the corner of the plastic bag and place it cut corner down in a deep bowl with the top of the bag open. This way you will be able to easily put the mixture in the bag.

With a spatula, put the first mixture in the bag and, pressing it, divide it equally among the 4 jars. Using a teaspoon, spread the mixture evenly over the crushed cookie.

Wash and dry the bag, add the next color and divide it equally among the 4 jars, squeezing the dry and clean bag again, then spread the mixture gently, being careful not to mix it with the bottom layer. You can clean the inside of the jars with kitchen paper if it gets dirty.

Continue with the remaining 3 colors, washing and drying the bag, spatula and teaspoon each time. I prefer to wash the plastic bag every time, rather than use five plastic bags.

Put on the last layer and place the cheesecakes in the fridge to cool for about 1 hour. The cheesecakes keep perfectly in the fridge overnight, covered, if you want to make them the day before.
