Ingredients:
- 1.5 lt milk, whole
- 170g semolina, fine
- 6g stevia
- 60g Protein Drink Formula 1 – Vanilla Cream Flavor
- For serving: Cinnamon, grated
Method:
Put all the ingredients in the pot. Simmer over medium heat and stir with a hand whisk continuously, until the mixture thickens.
Stir continuously with the hand whisk so that the mixture inside the pot does not clump.
Then, pour the milk pie mixture into a buttered rectangular pan with a diameter of 25X25cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C in the air for 70', until golden on top and the mixture has thickened a little.
Once ready, let the milk pie cool out of the oven, cut it into squares and serve sprinkled with cinnamon.
