Method:
We place a large deep pot on medium heat, pour in all the ingredients and mix continuously with a hand whisk, until the mixture thickens.
As soon as it is ready, remove the pot from the heat, pour the mixture into a 25X25cm oven tray, which we have lined with oiled film, and transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
