Ingredients:

For Truffles:

  • 6 scoops Protein Drink Formula 1 – Smooth Chocolate Flavor
  • 1 tbsp. linseed
  • 1 tbsp. chiaseeds
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond drink (or soy drink or skim/semi-skimmed milk)
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 30 gr. dark chocolate drops
  • 50 gr. almond cream
  • ½ cup oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar

For the overlay:

  • 1 scoop Herbalife Nutrition® F1 Smooth Chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Method:

In a small bowl, mix the flaxseed and chia seeds with the almond drink and let the mixture set while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Mix in raisins, chocolate chips, almond cream, rolled oats, agave nectar, vanilla extract and F1 Smooth Chocolate.

Mix the ingredients well with your hands until a solid mixture is formed. If it seems dry, add water or almond extract, one tablespoon at a time, being careful not to soften the finished mixture too much.

Wet your hands and shape the mixture into 2.5 cm truffles (the recipe is for 30 truffles).

In a small bowl, mix F1 Smooth Chocolate and cocoa powder. Dip the truffles in the mixture until they are completely covered.

Line the bottom of a large bowl with non-stick paper. Place the truffles on the paper, close the bowl tightly and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
